1) Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using purefyul.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) The Service ()

PureFyul provides tools such as ingredient analysis, allergen awareness cues, and smoothie-building features. The Service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If using the Service for an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.

4) Accounts and security

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.

You may submit information such as recipes, presets, and feedback (“User Content”). You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant PureFyul a limited license to store and process it only to operate and improve the Service (for example, saving a preset you created).

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service.
  • Upload malware, harmful code, or abusive content.
  • Use the Service to make emergency or medical decisions.

7) Advertising integrity (if ads are enabled)

If PureFyul displays ads, you agree not to engage in invalid activity, including:

  • Clicking ads on your own sessions or encouraging others to click ads.
  • Using bots, scripts, or any method to inflate impressions, clicks, or conversions.
  • Interacting with the site in a way intended to generate accidental clicks.

8) Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by PureFyul and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without permission.
